A little bit about us...

The Wayne County Landlord Association (WCLA) began with concerned landlords who saw the need to join together to relieve the isolation under which many of us have labored.

Today, many of Wayne County's best landlords are joining the WCLA to learn how to work smarter, to be informed of the important issues we face, to protect ourselves, and to optimize our profitability.

An annual membership in the WCLA gives members access to a growing number of services, opportunities, and information.

Membership is open to owners and managers of residential and commercial rental properties in Wayne County, NY that cooperate and share tenant information for the good of the membership. Associate memberships are available to individuals and businesses providing goods and services to rental property owners.
